Refund policy

If you're not happy with a purchase, email support@roastmyscam.com within 14 days with the email address you used at checkout, and we'll refund it in full. No need to explain.

After 14 days, we'll refund any replies you haven't used yet.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Refunded replies may be removed from your balance.

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
